Shipping Policy

Aurea Radix products are printed to order by our production partner Textildruck Europa in Germany. Aurea Radix remains the seller and the customer’s point of contact for every order.

Shipping charges

Shipping depends on the total order weight and destination. The final amount is always displayed at checkout before payment.

Production and delivery

Production normally takes 3–5 business days. After production, carrier estimates are:

Germany: up to 1–2 business days;
Italy and most of Europe: up to 5–10 business days;
United Kingdom, Ireland, EFTA countries, United States and Canada: up to 5–15 business days;
Australia and the rest of the world: up to 10–30 business days.

For Italy and most of Europe, the estimated total is therefore approximately 8–15 business days from the order date. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. For European Union consumers, unless otherwise agreed, delivery will take place without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.

Tracking and separate parcels

Tracking is available and is sent to the email address used for the order when the parcel is handed to the carrier. Products made separately may arrive in more than one parcel.

Addresses, delays and damage

Check your address before paying. To correct an error, contact Contact.AureaRadix@gmail.com immediately; changes may no longer be possible once production or shipping has started. For delayed, lost or damaged parcels, contact us with the order number. Customs duties or taxes may be charged by local authorities for destinations outside the EU.
